The Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis line was first introduced in 1998. In French "vernis" means varnish which explains the shiny and sparkly effect of the bags. It is a monogram embossed coated leather which is like patent leather and has been released in many different colors throughout the years.

The exterior leather is clean and beautiful throughout with faint scuffing to the bottom corner edges. The Vernis is shiny and clean with some faint scuffs. The handles have creasing but remain clean. The hardware is bright with hairline surface scratches. The interior lining is clean with some light spots and rubbing. Please note that along the upper trim the patent leather has separated from the inner lining (refer to images).
