Surface scratches/ wear, few minor nicks in keeping with general age and use.
One split pearl deficient.
Minor dent to one side of foliate scroll.
Slight thinning to band.
Diamonds appear relatively well matched.
Individual size and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents accurate carat, colour, and clarity assessment.
Split pearls with some surface blemishes.
Sapphires with few minor nibbles.
