A Victorian enamel mourning brooch, with hairwork panel.
Personal engraving to reverse 'In memory of James Heald. Died Oct. 26th 1873. Aged 77'.Â
Length 6cms. 22.1gms.
Condition Report:General marks, discolouration and wear. Large dents to reverse resulting in splitting to metal between back and side panels and near pin hinge. Decorative hair panel appears to have been altered and has some debris and discolouration to inside.
Enamel with small scratches.
