Description
36cmX370cmWang Meng was a creative landscape painter at the end of the Yuan Dynasty. He liked to dry the skin with dry brush and create the skin of cow hair. Sometimes he used both the dredging and the small axe to chop the skin. In his later years, he saw more and more profound skills, and said that "the old age gradually felt the brush head, writing paintings as writing official script." The landscape layout in his works is full but not full, dense but not congested, and the brushwork is complex but rich in the sense of hierarchy and space. The contents mostly reflect the literati's secluded life in the mountains and mountains, and are good at expressing the wetness of Jiangnan mountains and rivers, creating a lush, thick and lush realm, which is flourishing in the "Yuan Four families". Works handed down from generation to generation are often used as models, widely practiced by people, and have a profound influence on later generations. The main works handed down include "Spring Mountain reading", "Danshan Yinghai", "Qing Bian seclusion" and so on.
