Pair of Original Still Life Oils by Nicolas Bruynesteyn (1893 - 1950); these original works are signed. The workmanship is of very high quality. Both pieces are on stretched canvas, unglazed and mounted in matching frames. The work showing a pewter tankard is in excellent condition; the work showing an earthenware jug shows a 1/4" puncture through the canvas near the center of the scene. Each work measures 14 1/2" W x 16 3/8" H x 1 3/4" D. Together they weigh 5.20lbs.
