Description

This Kimber SIS Custom RL has several distinctive features. Most notable were carving the initials "SIS" into the slide as cocking serrations front and rear. specialized LE unit's request for a uniquely configured Kimber 1911. The Los Angeles, Police Department's Special Investigations Section (SIS) wanted a 1911 pistol chambered for the .45ACP round; they wanted four of them for duty and concealed carry while performing their innocuous-sounding duties, the surveillance of known criminals. This Pistol comes with the original box and is in excellent condition showing normal signs of use and wear. Please see photos.
