Papalia, 1 page, light mailing folds, 8.5 x 11 inches. Signed in blue ink 'Theodore J. Van Kirk Navigator 'Enola Gay.' Joseph Papalia is an official historian of the 509th Composite Group, the US Army Air Force unit created specifically for dropping atomic bombs during World War II.
