(Isaac Cline), born in Nola, died in Algiers, LA. The New Orleans directory list the Artist as a teacher at 102 Royal Street. Studied with Earnest Herbert and at The Ecole des Beaux Arts, Paris, 18 x 22, frame size 28.5 x 33 in period gilt frame.
