釋文：LIANG奕焚008 梁奕焚出生於彰化縣芬園鄉，半工半讀完成彰化高工初中部。一九五四年，考進臺北師範藝術科，努力沉潛繪畫。一九五八年，他跟隨現代派大師李仲生學畫，「一切歸零」後，體會傳統與現代合一，超越時空又能把握當下的創造美學。一九八七年，五十歲的他，獨闖藝術聖地，在紐約SOHO設立繪畫工作室，追逐藝術家的大夢。SOHO十年，以黑美人系列與內聚臺灣民俗元素的畫作，獲得畫廊、媒體及收藏家的肯定，展露頭角。這證明大師所言：藝術的國際化必須建立於民俗的土壤。
