Finely Carved Chines Pale Celadon Jade Vase formed as 2 entwined Lotus Leaves with 2 small cranes on the mouth, 1 with Lingzhi in its beak, with 5 Bats in brown Jade across the front, the side with the He-He Er Xian boys opening a round box releasing 2 further bats to back with Lotus flowers and waves to bottom, all very thinly carved, pierced and hollowed; now mounted to a custom hard wood stand pierced and carved with further Lotus leaves and flowers. Height with stand 8 3/4 inches (22 cm.).

Light age related wear, 1 chip to 1 small leaf near base; the jade with natural inclusions.
