The rectangular mitered mortice and tenon frame top with everted scroll ends and a double plank floating panel, tongue and grooved into the inside edge, with two transverse stretchers dove-tailed into the underside; the trestle legs with rounded outer surface, with a central double moulding, centred with cloud scroll terminals at each end of the beaded apron; the legs framing two openwork panels at each end, comprising a smaller upper panel with a plain rectangular 'cut out' above a larger panel with an upright ruyi motif with a moulded edge, all tongue and grooved into the legs and joined to the horizontal moulded trestle feet.
