A NEAR PAIR OF FAMILLE VERTE 'BUDDHIST LION' BOTTLE VASES
Kangxi
Each brightly decorated around the body with three animated Buddhist lions playing with beribboned brocade balls, the necks with tasselled pendants within bands of floral scroll, ruyi and geometric designs.
Both approx. 29.5cm (11 5/8in) high. (2).

Condition
Some firing imperfections.
One with the upper part of the neck broken into a few sections, restuck and with some areas of infilling.
The other with very small glaze nibble to the tip of one lion's tail.
