TWO JADE 'CICADA' PENDANTS
Han Dynasty and Qing Dynasty
The first of pale green tone with slight russet and faint cloudy inclusions, with a small central aperture to the upper end; the second of pale celadon hue with mottled white inclusions, each incised to simulate the folded wings and ribbed abdomen and with twin apertures to the top edge.
Both approx. 6.3cm (2 1/2in) long. (2).
