Sui Dynasty
With compressed globular body rising to an everted dish shaped mouth, the cover sitting low within the mouth and surmounted by a bud-form finial.

Condition
The cover finial is restored.
3cm shallow interior rim section overpainted with adjacent 1cm patch of glaze flaking. Further 0.6cm patch of glaze flaking to the rim interior.
0.7cm patch of glaze flaking to the body.
Minor firing imperfections.
The mouth is slightly off potted.
