ABOUT THE ARTIST: Iskam Viktor Vasylievich – was born on 1st January, 1927 in Stara Poltavka village, Russia. He studied at Odessa Art College and Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. Worked in the field of easel painting and graphics. The author of battle paintings, landscapes, portraits and still lifes. Since 1957, he participated in republican, all-Union and foreign art exhibitions. Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Works are presented in art museums and private collections in Ukraine and abroad. The artist died on 3rd of June, 2010.
