About the artist: He was born on July 26, 1963, in the city of Luhansk. He graduated from the Kiev Art Institute (1989). Teachers by specialty: M. Storozhenko, V. Chekanyuk. Painter. The artist's work is characterized by the search for freedom, transvisuality, metaarchetypal symbols, technical and plastic innovation, the evolution from figurative postmodernism to abstract painting. In complex, discursive, intellectual and philosophical projects he created bright, powerful life-affirming impulses; experimented with painting techniques, graphics, photography. Engaged in creative work. Founder of the Paris Commune art group (Kiev, 1990s). Head of the curatorial exhibition activity of the Institute of Contemporary Art (Kiev; 2008). Initiator and curator of the projects "Art of Ukraine of the 20th century", "Will to the Immortal". Experience of comprehending the metaphysical ", etc. Participated in exhibitions: republican (since 1990). Personal exhibitions - in Kiev (1999, 2005, 2009-2011).
