Russian sword, "For bravery" signature on the blade "I Boyarshinov, Zatoust, 1831". The blade is steel, straight, with one fuller on each side. The blade is richly decorated with etching, gilding and blueing, depicting the monogram of the Russian Emperor Nicholas I and the coat of arms of Russia, an eagle with two heads. On the butt there is the inscription I. Boyarshinov, Zatoust, 1831. The hilt is made of gilded bronze, the inscription "For Bravery" is on the shield, the handle is made of wood wrapped in silver wire. Black leather sheath with gilded brass fittings. A very beautiful Russian sword for collecting. Late work. length 108 cm.
