Art Deco Paul Frankl for Johnson Furniture Mahogany & Cork Dining Set - 12 Piece Set
An exquisite, iconic and truly timeless and unparalleled classic, complete dining set by Paul Frankl for Johnson Furniture Co.
A wonderful dining table comprising a rectangular cork top with curved ends supported by opposing curved mahogany frame bases with overlapping zigzag slats. Has two leaves; each leaf is "12 wide. Designed by Paul Frankl for Johnson Furniture Company, American.
The chairs consist of 4 matching zig-zag mahogany bracing, upholstered side chairs and 2 V shaped armchairs, by Paul Frankl for Johnson.
A timeless classic, Paul Frankl for Johnson Furniture Co. sideboard in sculpted mahogany and polished cork with hammered brass hardware. With utility to spare, this piece is comprised of 21 encased drawers, with room and subdivision for all flatware etc.
The 2 door breakfront cabinet mahogany and cork buffet features a separate sliding glass door display cabinet with attractive moldings and unique hand hammered brass drawer pulls/hardware throughout. Works great as a vitrine display cabinet, sideboard with hutch, breakfront cabinet or credenza with bookcase.
We are offering this set "as is," in vintage condition, or we can provide NEW upholstery with your choice of color, high end/designer fabrics, leather, velvet, or mohair, as well as custom refinishing for an additional fee.
