2 Vintage c1950 Ladies Jackets. Includes a c1950 Red Wool Jacket by Nina Nolte with a thick striped wool weave in shades of red and brown, large embossed brass buttons in a flower motif. It has 2 functional pockets at the bust, and a fitted waist, 4 button front closures, and a light brown acetate lining. Laying flat the jacket measures: shouldered 18'', bust 17'', waist 153/4'', sleeve 20'', length 21.5''. The jacket is in good condition with some wear and discoloration to the acetate lining. Along with a Vintage c1950 Ivory Faux Wool Coat that has the appearance of a lamb's fleece. It has black velvet trim on the cuffs and Nehru collar, double breasted front closure with 4 faceted plastic domed buttons, 2 functional pockets, and a cream colored acetate lining. The maker is unknown but there is a small union made tag on the interior of the coat. Laying flat the coat measures: shoulders 18'', bust 20'', waist 20'', sleeves 21.5'', length 30''. The coat has thin belt loops and most likely at one time had a matching waist tie. The coat is in good condition with wear to the faux wool pile on the left shoulder (most likely from wearing a purse), loose buttons, and spots and several small tears to the lining.
