The hat has an 18'' inner circumference, a 2 3/4'' wide brim , and 8'' high and wide. The maker is unknown and the hat is in good condition with slight yellowing and 2-3 pulls in the raffia weave. 1 vintage c1930-1940 black fully sequined cap with a 2.5'' wide stiff open weave ruffle that can be worn in multiple orientations. As well as 5 sequin and seed bead dot accents. The cap has a 17'' diameter.
