Gaelyn and Cianfarani was in business for a few years (closed in 2006) and had runway shows and lots of press. They were among the first to show latex as everyday wear for everyone, everywhere. They were the first to use recycled bike inner tubes for clothing. Their designs on the runway were copied by many designers, including Jean Paul Gaultier.
