Description
This is a fantastic 14K and ebony cane dated 1873. It was engraved by the Henry Clay Lodge #1 and presented to George Lauterbach. Mr. Lauterbach is possibly George William, born in Germany in 1830, passing in New York in 1879. Beautiful hand embossed floral and leaf motif and dated on the handle tip. The wood appears ebony with a brass tip. Measures approx. 34" long.
Condition
Appears in excellent condition for age, light scratches consistent with age and use. Brass tip worn to the wood.
