UTAGAWA KUNISADA I (TOYOKUNI III) (JAPANESE, 1786-1864) WOODBLOCK PRINT, probably part of a diptych or triptych, depicting two actors consisting of a woman in a kimono holding an umbrella and a man holding a sword. Lower right with artist's signature in the Toshidama cartouche, Maruya Jinpachi publisher's seal, and a censor's seal of chicken 8 aratame. Unframed. Circa 1861. 9 3/4" x 14" object.
Condition
Good visual condition with several scattered holes being laid down on paper for support, overall toning.
