FRENCH / GERMAN PORCELAIN FIGURES, LOT OF THREE, comprising one Meissen example featuring a soldier wearing a tricorn hat and knee-high boots, astride a rearing white horse on a molded ovoid base, one figure depicting a young man with a basket strapped to his back, holding a green object in front, and having a digging tool on front of leg, and a Samson example featuring an Ottoman/Turkish figure wearing bright clothing including a pointed hat, a long green robe, and a floral bottom. Marks include two having crossed blue swords including one having additional "E" and "C" and one example having an "X" with a line through the middle on back of base. Late 18th to 19th century. 10 1/2" HOA.
Condition
Each having imperfections including some losses, glued repairs, and older spots of restoration.
