ANTIQUE SIGNED DESPREZ WOMAN SULPHIDE AND CUT GLASS PLAQUE, colorless, shell form with paired points separated by scallops at the edge, central large sulphide depicting an unidentified woman of stature, signature to the reverse is present but difficult to read due to the cutting, shell cutting to the reverse. Paris, France. 1820-1840. 3 5/8" x 3 1/2".

Condition
Very good to excellent condition overall with some scattered flaking to the edge points, a single small bruise to the edge, some points/scallops having post-production polishing.
