Description
Harunobu Hishikawa, Japanese, active 1875 to 1891, color woodblock print on paper, Picture of a Grand Fundraising Sumo Tournament. Published by Matsuki Heikichi. Circa: 1850 to 1899. Signed and inscribed with calligraphy, upper right and left, and lower right and left. Harunobu Hishikawa allegedly was part of the Hishikawa school, founded by Hishikawa Moronobu, 1618 to 1694. He specialised in sumo prints and was active during the Meiji period. Antique Asian and Oriental Graphic Art Prints and Collectibles.

Condition
Overall good antique condition. Panels joined, light discoloration, creases and folds, some wormholes and glue stains. Signs of wear and Age. Refer to photos. Sold as is.
