1940’s Trench Art hand crafted perfume presentation, a brass and copper artillery shell casing opened in two sections to hold square cut glass bottles and stoppers, raised on brass supports, and mounted with two emblems of the city of Reims coat of arms. *On the morning of May 7, 1945, at 2:41, General Eisenhower and the Allies received the unconditional surrender of the German Wehrmacht in Reims. In French monarchical history, Reims was the traditional site of the coronation of the kings of France. Length 8 in.
