Description
Fred was an older father to two children,  a daughter was from his wife's previous marriage [one photo reads "Vivian with her new daddy"] and a new son, Donald "Danny Boy" Stolzenburg.
This album focuses on Danny, growing up in Nevada, in the 1940's.Â
One sad page shows the mother after her husband died and she writes "As a widow, you must be busy or be sorry". Photos include Verdi, Nevada, Â Beverly Hills, and Los Angeles.
First page has a quote about rose buds by Nietzsche. The commentary is quite introspective and many of the photos have heartfelt comments. "I am not happy, I am content. I live alone, but I have nearly everything I need."
