Prussian enlisted man's pickelhaube, constructed of a solid black leather body with a brass Prussian eagle front plate, spike, base and spine. Each side of the dome has a circular metal base for the addition of Prussian rosettes, which perfectly match similar examples. A leather liner and drawstring are also present, marked on the interior ‘H/65L’. Moderately worn, displaying cracking and scratches with the eagle expectedly a bit loose.
