Partly-printed D.S., 1p. large 4to., Berlin, June 21, 1928, concerning the retirement of customs officer ANDREAS ROTHENBERGER, who is to be given his pension. Bold signature at the conclusion over the blind embossed national eagle. Lightly toned at the top margin, else very good.
