A hand thrown and hand colored vase by the renowned Colorado husband and wife ceramics team of Ken and Tina Riesterer, 10 1/4 in. x 5 in., polychrome colors, signed on bottom. Ken and Tina Riesterer are both graduates of the American Academy of Art in Chicago. There distinctive works are held by private collections throughtout the United States and Europe. They have had numerous awards and two person shows and are represented by a number of galleries nationwide. Ken is the clay creator and Tina is the artist behind the shapes, colors, and figures that represent their ceramic output. Tina's people symbolize humanity, and our inner relationship to one another.
