Lustrous Tibetan bronze Bodhisattvas Buddha figure Guanyin of Lokeshvara. Peaceful, smiling and youthful she is adorned with flowing silks of various garments and jewel ornaments, tiara and the like; seated with the right leg slightly extended in a relaxed manner and the left drawn up, all reserved in cold gilt silver. He holds the stem of a lotus flower which blossoms over the left shoulder. The most significant characteristics are the hand raised with the index finger placed against the side of the face - head slightly tilted to the left. Beautiful and youthful, he has one face and two hands. With cold gilt serene face, with eyes and lips, giving peaceful appearance, body painted naturally over cold gilt silver. Depicted in a seated posture with the right leg relax extended downward and the wrist or elbow of the left arm bend above the knee. The right hand is pressed downward onto the seat slightly behind the horizontal left leg. The upper torso of the body and head generally display a pronounced curve imitating the tribanga' form of standing figures. Adorned with a crown of gold studded with jewels, earrings, necklaces and bracelets, he wears garments of silk, a scarf and skirt. Seated upon a moon disc and double lotus throne. The bronze is very fine, with a brilliant glaze finish that was applied by a meticulous, the shape is uniformly proportioned.
