Interamente girato e filmato con pupazzi animatronici e burattini, con nessuna comparsa o menzione di esseri umani, negli anni è diventato un vero e proprio cult del genere fantasy. Si allega il titolo realizzato da Napoli ad aerografo su cartone (39 x 25,5 cm) utilizzato nella versione definitiva della locandina.
