Roland Hamon (1909-1987) "Parisian street scenes", 1969, Watercolor on paper. Roland Hamon is a French painter of landscapes and animated urban scenes. He was a student of Cormon at the National School of Fine Arts in Paris. He exhibited at the Salons des artistes Fiancais, of which he was a member since 1934. We owe him many views of Paris with a predilection for the boulevard seines and the surroundings of the Butte or the old alleys of the Montmartre district, around the Sacre Coeur.
