Art: Dick Beck (?), Jon D'Agostino, Hy Fleishman.Murder-Moll Motif: Story's penchant for recycling plots is evident on this mag's cover, which Grand Comics Database suggests is by Dick Beck. The cover shows a crook threatening to hang a cop as the yegg's moll eggs him on: "C'mon, Bull, let's kill him... FAST!" Savvy Story fans will recognize the "hurry up and kill the cop" motif from Fight Against Crime #6 ("Let me plug him, Fred! It's quicker than drowning!") and #10 ("Finish him, Joe, or let me do it!"). These two covers were by Bill Fraccio, which suggests that the cover to #18 may also be by Fraccio, rather than Beck (then again, it may be that the editor had a thing for cop-killing cuties and mandated the murder-moll cover motif).______________________________________________________________
