Description
Fort Amherst was built in 1936 and modeled by the renowned Robert Wilson in 1964. The cased model is 7' wide x 7" high high x 21" long and is built of primarily of wood and card. The ship was part of the Furness, Withy Red Cross Lines fleet and was built in Glasgow in 1936. Mr. Wilson is famous world wide for his amazing craftsmanship and his models are sought after by museums and dedicated collectors of his unique creations.
