We've inspected this piece out of the frame, it is painted on paper / thin card stock and has been mounted on a more modern and thicker card stock. Note the tear lower right just outside the painted surface which seems to have been varnished over as all sits solidly now.Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is an opinion, and should not be treated as a statement of fact.
