Description
A pair of antique Japanese late Meiji era, 1868 to 1912, covered ginger jars. The exterior of both matched pieces is enameled with polychrome enamel blossoming flowers and butterflies on a cobalt blue ground, and features two turquoise colored medallions adorned with flower arrangements.
