Antonio Nicolo Gasparo Jacobsen, Danish, American, 1850 to 1921, watercolor painting on paper depicting a seascape with a ship, 1899. Signed and dated, lower right. Framed. Antonio Nicolo Gasparo Jacobsen was a Danish born American maritime artist known as the Audubon of Steam Vessels. Exhibitions of Jacobsens work include a 1996 showing of 45 of his paintings at the National Museum of American History. Antique American Fine Art, Seascape Oil Paintings, Wall Art, and Collectibles. One of a kind artwork.
