18K white gold vintage diamond cutwork ring. The domed ring is decorated with intricate organic cutwork and milgrain design. The face of the ring features 7 round faceted diamonds bezel set on the outside in a 6 petal floral mounting. The inside of the mounting is filled with a pattern of milgrain tipped prongs surrounding each stone. The center diamond is approx. 0.17ct., with the 6 outside stones approx. 0.08 ct each. The shoulders are adorned with trillion shaped mountings with one stone missing. The remaining stone tests as a blue spinel. The ring measures 9.8mm in width. Size 7 1/4. Marked "18K". Approx. 2.6 grams.
