Edited by I. Astapov. Published by Combat Pencil, Boevoi Karandash, Artist of RSFSR, numbered 3506, M 11109 9 VIII, one of 2060, Leningrad, 1979. Marked and copyright in the print, lower right and left. Boevoi Karandash is a creative association of Leningrad artists who produced propaganda posters and collections of satirical drawings in the middle of the 20th century. This phenomenon of mass art is often referred to as such. Joseph Efimovsky is a Russian Soviet well known graphic artist, cartoonist, poster artist. Member of the Union of Artists and the Union of Journalists of the USSR. Author of political and social posters, picturesque portraits and landscapes, easel graphic works.
