A helmet for Oldenburg Field Artillery Regt. 62 OfficersBlack lacquered leather body; front visor with green underlay, rear visor with red underlay, gilt: round spike base, stars, rear spine, ball and front visor trim; gilt officer front plate of Prussian Line Eagle with a single banner inscribed with the words "MIT GOTT FÜR KOENIG UND VATERLAND" and the silver Oldenburg coat of arms on an eight-pointed star on the chest of the eagle, attached by two screw posts; gilt rounded chin scales with rosette side posts; Imperial and Oldenburg cockades for officers; brown leather sweatband, brown silk lining.
