A helmet for Prussian Guard Grenadier Landwehr Officers Black lacquered leather body (depressed behind eagle head); front visor with green underlay, rear visor with red underlay; silver: round spike base, rear spine, spike and front visor trim; silver officer front plate of Prussian Eagle with star and gold Landwehr cross, attached by two screw posts; gold stars and flat chin scales with silver rosette side posts; Imperial Officer and Prussian cockades; tan leather sweatband, light tan silk lining.
