Of grooved quatrefoil form affixed with a twisting handle, painted, with a Chinoiserie vignette scene of a 'Long Eliza' female figure holding a fan, flanked by a fenced garden of pierced rockwork issuing large flowers, and buildings on further pierced rockwork, a dark manganese-scroll band to the inside rim
