Clarkson Crolius, Sr. Saltglaze Stoneware Cobalt Blue-Decorated Jug, New York, Circa 1820. Of ovoid form, the neck tooled with multiple rings, the handle terminals spotted in blue, the shoulders surrounded by a drape and tassel border, stamped "C. CROLIUS/ MANUFACTURER/ NEW-YORK." H: 11 in., W: 8.5 in., D: 8.5 in.
