The paper is Kentish Mill Rag specially supplied for the edition by Mr. Charles Walter. The plates are engraved and printed by Messrs. A. Alexander and Sons Ltd, and the binding designed by Mr. Paul Nash. "Translated into English by R. Crowdy Mathers Edited with an Introduction by Havelock Ellis" Publishers cream cloth with red vignette. Gilt title, red bands to spine. Colour top page-block, others untrimmed. Volume I.
