A colorful southern French Occitanian village landscape depicting a profusion of architectural and botanical elements, with mountains, a figure standing on a balcony, and a stormy sky overhead. Artist signed and dated 1983 with location CORDES to lower left. Original SOUFER GALLERY (New York) label with title, artist, and work details affixed to back. Presented under glass with a fabric mat in a decorative wood frame. Sight size measures approximately 19" x 25".

Dimensions: 26 X 32 X 1.5 in.

Condition: Good overall vintage condition having mild age related surface wear with toning. Frame has mild to moderate storage wear to edges and corners. Estate fresh to the market.
