This particular 'Bridge" model is widely considered one of the rarest and most desirable upholstered design by Pierre Jeanneret and Le Corbusier. Seat height: 16 in. Other French mid-century designers include Jean Royere, Charlotte Perriand, Pierre Paulin, Pierre Chapo, Jean Prouve, Serge Mouille, Jean Nouvel, etc. France, India, 1960s Each with markings indicating provenance - These are directly from Chandigarh, India. These chairs have been lightly washed and polished. The upholstery and springs are brand new off-white suede.
