Dimensions are 28 in h x 84 in w x 34.5 in d. Seat height is 14 in. Condition is good with minor stains. Overall clean with no rips or tears. Lining on underside is torn and needs repair and one pillow has a bleach stain. Please call or email for a detailed condition report.
