Extremely rare cork revolution attributed to Fred Rhodes. Measuring 3 3/4" in length, most likely dating to 1899, and considered to be the predecessor to the Shakespeare Wood Revolution. About half of the original hand painted brown finish remains, remarkable considering the age and nature of the thin paint and cork body. Constructed with wire through side hook hangers, unique spinners and hardware that cups each end of the cork sections, this very early bait is one of only a scant few known. For the serious Revolution collector this is a historically important lure to obtain.
